Prairie Sangha – This peer-led Buddhist Vipassana meditation group meets on Monday nights to practice mindfulness meditation at the Quaker Meetinghouse. Guided mindfulness practice and discussion are typically offered from 7 – 7:45 in one room and silent practice is offered in another room.
